NFL Player Refuses To Protest National Anthem, What He Does Instead Is Incredible

While the majority of NFL players decided to show us their true colors and hatred for our country by refusing to stand for our National Anthem, one NFL stood out from the crowd to do something amazing.

DeSean William Jackson is an American football wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League.

Jackson decided to donate his whole first NFL paycheck to three workers in NGR Stadium’s cafeteria whose homes have been destroyed by the flood that Hurricane Harvey left behind. Here’s What He Said:

“For what you all do for us every day and never complain, I really appreciate you all, so I wanted to give my first game check to y’all to help y’all out in some type of way. Here you guys go.”

Jackson makes $465,000 per year, and the check he donated to the women was $27,353. he divided his paycheck into three separate checks and wrapped them into gifts, walks into the cafeteria and gave them to three women.

“Hopefully, that’s good and that can get you back on your feet. And anything else y’all need, I’m always here to help.”

While he has a lot of money now, this wasn’t always the case. When he was young, he and his family received a house built by Habitat for Humanity. It is good to see him giving back to humanity.
