Fox News host Eric Bolling made a prediction about O.J. Simpson that will have you nodding your head.
Bolling, part of a panel on Fox News’ “The Specialists” Thursday, said the celebrity-turned-convict, who was granted parole the same day, will end up going back to prison.
Bolling said the former football star and actor is too reckless to obey the strict limits of his parole.
“I’m very sure that O.J. Simpson will be in jail again,” he said.
Bolling brought up how even after being acquitted of murder, Simpson wasn’t smart enough to “lay low” and made news by partying in Orlando and Las Vegas before being sentenced to 33 years in prison for his role in a 2007 robbery.
“He’s never shown the ability to stay away from that stuff,” Bolling said.
Judge Jeanine Pirro, who also appeared on the panel, said Simpson was going to have to stay on the “straight and narrow” because the courts would “pull him back in a second.”
Take a look at the prediction:
Parole for Simpson does not mean he is a free man. NBC reported that the terms of Simpson’s parole include written monthly reports to his parole officer and abstaining from drinking alcohol. Simpson will also have to abstain from using any drugs, unless they are prescribed by a doctor.
He will also not be able to possess any weapons, and be subject to searches by his parole officer.
Simpson’s parole is set to expire on Sept. 29, 2022, which means he will spend about five years living under the conditions of his parole.
A lot can happen in five years — even for a 70-year-old man.
Bolling has a point about Simpson. The former running back seems to gravitate toward trouble.
