In a bar in Philly’s Olney section a disabled veteran was gunned down. The suspect then took refuge in a home which he thought was safe.
The home owner Javier Vasquez Sr. , owner of the house, and his son Javier Jr. were present at the home when the suspected entered. They slammed the suspect on the ground and held him until police arrived.
The disabled Marine veteran was Howard White, 47. He was shot mutiple times in the back and torso during the fight with the alleged guy who was trying to rob the bar.

A friend of Howard chased him after the incidence but the shooter escaped.
The 29-year-old suspect is being investigated. At first when he was shooting he was sure that he can be never caught. But, as they say, karma is bitch.
